Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

There is a $20 return processing fee.

To be eligible for a return and full refund items must be returned by mail within 45 days of when the order is delivered.

Returns outside of 45 days will not be accepted.

Please email sayhello@sidecarlove.com with your order number to submit your return or exchange. Once a return or exchange is received and approved, a refund or product will be issued within 5-7 business days. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment.

Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and shipping costs are not refundable.

In order to ensure peace of mind when shipping, please select a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Sidecar is not responsible for items in the mail.
